Primary responsibilities and core job functions:-Computer based processing and database management of information -Effectively communicating information to relay content in such a way to provide technical knowledge and support all inquiries of Holley products-Answer calls discerning information to assist customers, take messages, and forward calls and information to appropriate individuals ensuring best possible situational response -Detailed knowledge of our product and appropriation of less accessible information though correct individuals in order to relate inquiries in a professional manner and acceptable format encouraging customers to value our product heritage -Provide service to customers including order and data entry, input account information and arrange for shipping and payment processing-Work responsibly as a team member to provide the best account of service and strive to develop a more effective environment to support and drive our customer base -Liaison of Holley performance products and information via phone and personal interaction-Working knowledge of the FJO ECU testing and operational stand-Knowledge of the warehouse locations and layout -Travel experience-New employee training and quick launch to ready tech and sales support
