Major accountabilities included:• Duties were the same as the Narrowband Provisioning Engineer Position for Touch America stated above.• Proficient use of Qwest’s Order Tracking System (OTS), Customer Order Entry (CORE), and Facilities and Equipment (F&E) Databases which operated on a Windows NT User Interface • Developed 129 city PRI/ISDN access and procedures for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. My responsibilities on this project included those listed for Dedicated Access Provisioner as well as the following:• Coordinating with VoIP Program Management and Engineering Teams to establish CLEC and RBOC local loop Primary Rate Interface (PRI) T-1entrance for dial-in access. • Establish circuit routes from the Local Exchange Carriers and Inter-Exchange Carriers to Qwest Switches (DMS-250’s) modified with DTCI cards. • Implementing narrow band network from Qwest DMS 250’s to Internet Protocol (IP) Gateway equipment.• Maintain close contact with local access provider business offices.
