As a Regional leader of IT Field Services in the Managed Services space for over the past 21 years I have to be results driven, cost conscious and growth focused. As a direct manager of professionals, I have to have motivational, communication, performance, and lead-by-example skills in order to ensure a high level of competency and execution in delivering services according to contractual commitments. Productivity assessments and improvements as well as cost control initiatives are an evergreen process with me. Thought leadership and attention to detail are part of my fabric. I'm data driven, and throughout my career have depended upon my analytical skills leveraging my advanced skills in MS Excel and Access. From a regional leadership perspective, my direct report management team have always been located throughout North America and as such I have been leading remotely for almost 18 years. I have strong written and communication skills with targeted recipients ranging from subordinates, peers, leaders, clients and Sr Management within and outside the Company. I work alongside Account and Program Managers in service improvement initiatives, new revenue opportunities and client relationship building. I have experience in managing an organization of Implementation Project Managers, responsible for the successful transition of services from incumbent providers, whether they be insourced or outsourced. Being a vendor, I have extensive experience working with client Vendor and IT leaders and know how to build cohesive teams where my organization, the Service Desk and the Client's Vendor/IT Leadership have the same objective of ensuring a positive end user experience.
