Build and install electrical panels and sensors on material handling equipment

Process chemical and biological samples, Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot HPLC diagnostic devices, balances, pH meters and probes, as well as running lab experiments

Technical expectations include maintenance, troubleshooting, setup and operation of ultra high vacuum reactive sputtering and RF deposition thin film roll-to-roll machinery. Electro-mechanical items troubleshot and serviced include RF power supplies & tuners, optical control circuitry, solid-state relays, resistive heater elements, pneumatic and electronic gate valves, pressure gauges and sensors. Also serviced 3 phase motors for drives systems, doors, etc. Maintained vacuum pumps, diffusion pumps and blowers used on deposition vacuum chambers. Trained and developed new technicians, write procedures, monitor, analyze and log data. System staging, 5S and housekeeping.

Maintained and repaired the facility, rotary fabric cutters, sewing machines, spray guns, boothes, seat assembly jigs and fixtures, and all other production equipment. Duties included electrical, mechanical troubleshooting and welding.
