• Approximately 60% of practice consisted of general insolvency files, including providing advice to clients, including creditors, debtors and receivers/trustees in all aspects of foreclosures, bankruptcies.
• Approximately 40% of practice consisted of corporate commercial litigation files with clients in the energy, oil and gas and pipeline sectors, including researching, drafting pleadings, motions, as well as assisting in.
