As Executive Vice President of HTS’ Professional Services divisions, Jeff has the responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Transition Planning and Facility Activation service lines, ensuring that the firm delivers high quality, cost-effective services with a positive margin. Jeff maintains the firm’s professional relationships with all active and former clients ranging from rural community hospitals to large academic medical campuses.For the past 13 years, Jeff has been a Healthcare Consultant, responsible for delivering over 100 large-scale hospital transition and relocation projects throughout North America. This involved working intimately with healthcare organizations to understand and document their operational assumptions, redesign their workflow processes, adapt communication and coordination requirements with internal and external stakeholders and develop the plan to safely relocate patients, staff and equipment to the new facility. He interacted with all levels of the organizations he worked with, from executive leadership to the frontline staff as his firm prepared them for clinical operations in their new environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and produce mortgage portfolios for the commercial (secondary) or consumer market.Reconcile loan portfolios with reported financial market data (FMV and LOCOM)Develop processes and procedures to support the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.Analyze financial information including operating statements and net worth statements to determine appropriate loan size, terms, and pricing.Review various reports including appraisals, environmental documentation, and engineering reports to determine compliance with investor requirements.Administer mortgage and other secured loan products as per approved amount levels and in accordance with lending policies.Investigate credit ratings with credit bureaus and reporting agencies.Submit regular credit and loan consumption reports to management.
