Here are four things about me, my work, and my passions.#1. During my senior year in high school, I was the mascot for big sporting events. The idea to be the mascot happened organically when I noticed a mascot was missing, and I made it my mission to entertain massive crowds watching mediocre high school sports. This experience catapulted me into a creative and chaotic atmosphere that prepared me for my career.#2. I currently work remotely as a Recruiting Associate. What exactly does that mean? I do sourcing/resume reviews for candidates within LinkedIn and Indeed for medical, accounting, mechanical, and transportation positions nationwide, reach out to qualified candidates, and begin the interview process. I also do high-volume phone screens/interviews, schedule candidates for 2nd onsite interviews for Dollar Tree/Family Dollar, and hire candidates for HelloFresh/Green Chef warehouses and distribution centers nationwide. It is one of the most fulfilling experiences I have ever had, and no day is the same!#3. For my entire (first) career, I was an on-air radio personality and brand manager, working in big and small cities. No matter how big or small the audience, I learned the power of connection and being 100% authentic all the time. I did high-volume call-ins every day but still worked hard to have valuable one-on-one conversations that created a strong bond and big ratings!#4. I communicate with a lot of people daily in hopes of helping put them in a position to succeed! My mentality is to build bridges by consistently developing and creating positive daily communication.
