Progressed through multiple levels of the organization, contributing through architectural design and software development of the horizontally scaled-out storage solution.* Managed a diverse development team, comprised of 50+ engineers, in 6 different US States, the UK and India.* Led development and integration of Pivot3 vSTAC and newly acquired NexGen TierStore software stacks to create industry first NVMe capable Hyper-Converged storage solution.* Led onsite and offshore developers in the design and implementation of an ESXi vSphere Web Plugin to manage our vSTAC OS.
