I am currently a patrol supervisor and have been in that role for three years. During my time, I have been able to learn and grow my skills to provide positive leadership and help officers grow their career. I offer good command presence and am able to utilize my communication skills to accomplish the task at hand. I have previously worked as a police dispatcher and dispatcher for a valet company. Both positions ave me the opportunity to capitalize on my ability to coordinate and communicate in a professional and efficient manner.I serve as a senator on the Texas Tech Staff Senate where I am an EEO Representative and work alongside other staff members to obtain a positive and safe work environment for all staff. I am enrolled in Texas Tech University as a part-time honors student obtaining my Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Enology. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and serve as an Honors College Ambassador. As an ambassador, I promote the Honors College opportunities to current and prospective students.After I graduate, my goal is to open my own vineyard, combining my passion for winemaking with entrepreneurship. I envision creating a space where people can experience locally crafted wines and enjoy a welcoming, community-focused environment.
