I am a real estate development leader and franchise seller with a history of success managing fast-paced development initiatives; creating platforms for scalable and sustainable real estate portfolio growth for corporate, franchisees and area developers. Restaurant Growth: Led dynamic team of 30 development professionals for new restaurant growth across the US, transforming the department from corporate-led to a reduced capital, franchisee-led development model to align with organizational goals. Opened 337 Restaurants over 5 year period, an increase of 66% over 2009. Franchising & Area Development Sales: Led sale of strategic agreements to franchisees to open over 145 restaurants across select Midwest and Atlantic US markets and provided ongoing consultation to ensure contract restaurant openings were met. Sold and facilitated franchises and license agreements to non-traditional corporate partners within large facilities (universities, airports, arenas, offices). Composed development documentation for annual Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), presented to all prospective franchise buyers in pre-sale process.  Reduced Required Development Capital: Led creation of a prototype building that reduced restaurant footprint, improved guest experience and reduced overall construction and equipment costs by 15% in 2014 and further reduced upfront capital by an additional 20% in 2015 by leveraging equipment leasing. Led a complete overhaul of architectural drawings, construction materials and FF&E sourcing to align with the franchisee-led development model. Brand Repositioning: Executed brand repositioning strategy focused on décor and menu improvements. Made key contributions to the strategic team that developed brand repositioning, through research and analysis of marketing, design and operations.
