Post opening responsibilities included; financial oversight, community relations, operations management, guest and ownership relations, quality control and sales strategy.

I was asked by the Vice President of Operations to come on board with Crescent when it became the new management company for my former employer, Crowne Plaza Dayton. Since accepting the offer, I have been put in charge of three top locations, and delivered excellent results in each of them.• In 2014, produced an increase in revenue just under 18% and upped the net operating income by more than 28.4%.• We moved the Williamsburg site from a ranking of 176th to 32nd and the Mobile, Alabama operation from default status to clear within just 90 days of taking over management of the property.• We improved the ranking of Event Services to 21st out of 354 locations to reach the greatest level ever achieved for this Marriott hotel.

Accomplishments included:•Responsible for renovations of three major properties that cumulatively represented a $14,000,000 investment by the company.•Raised customer satisfaction to its highest level in the eight years after I assumed management of the Crowne Plaza site.•Realigned the marketing mix and secured new corporate clients to drive an additional $1,500,000 in annual sales revenue.
