CurrentCoordinate and promote Lean Six Sigma, performance and process improvements techniques across the organization to ensure alignment with organizational and business goals, improve performance, and facilitate customer relations. Partner with the organizational leadership and Program Managers to deliver business improvement results. Educate, coach and mentor corporate, business units, programs and customers in the use and application of Lean Six Sigma (LSS), process improvement techniques and methodologies. Drive the company business improvement strategy, process rigor, and customer satisfaction. Specific duties include but limited to: • Manage and provision of process and performance improvement expertise across the company. • Work closely with the company leadership teams to identify and execute strategic plans, customer goals and improve performance.•Support the organizational business plans and strategy and lead the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) across the company.•Advise the organizational leadership to ensure full organizational engagement with LSS and process improvement process, alignment with systemic challenges, and the establishment of organizational improvement performance goals.•Coordinate improvement projects to ensure alignment with company /business goals and strategies, facilitate deployment and reuse across functions, and channel efforts to achieve maximum cost savings and customer satisfaction.•Train and develop the allocated process improvement resources to support the needs of the organization and mentor process managers and performance managers / analyst at each site.•Drive root cause/corrective action integrity and resolution.•Seeks avenues to improve efficiencies, connectivity and effectiveness and reduce risk to performance and product quality. •Identifies systemic performance issues affecting customer satisfaction or improve business processes
