Processing customer orders / enquiries over the telephone, maintaining purchasing and dispatch databases, booking the supply of the customers orders, updating customer record logs, analysing payment of goods ordered and supplied, debtors control, liaising with Distribution Centres country wide to ensure fulfilment of customers orders.

Using Sage line 50, I input all sales and purchase invoices, posted payments controlled debtors and creditors, ran month/year end. also I used Sage Payroll and Sage Job costing. Marketing the company I generated new business and I also implemented and maintained the quality management system.

Responsible for the effective operations within the regional centre I liased with branch staff and external sales force, effective management of the branch, customers orders, technical support, IT equipment, conference/training room bookings and security reporting directly to the Regional Manager based in Scotland.
