CurrentManage daily operations of company servers, software packages, and networking equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.Provide technical and operational support to staff members, resolving issues and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.Identify potential cybersecurity threats, interpret & implement protective policies, and develop strategies for risk mitigation.Thoroughly document and implement security controls, with a strong focus on achieving full compliance with NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and DFARS Clause(s) 252.204-7012 / 252.204-7019 / 252.204-7020.Prepare and maintain a System Security Plans (SSP) and Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) to demonstrate compliance and effectively address any non-compliant controls.Streamlined and automated processes resulting in increased productivity and reduced downtime.Monitor daily backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.Demonstrate understanding of technology's role in supporting AS9120 standards and assisted staff in achieving compliance with AS9120 certification, including customization of enterprise software.Proficient in developing SSRS reports on SQL server to deliver comprehensive and insightful business intelligence, enhancing decision-making processes beyond the standard reports of our ERP software.
