Select projects include:• Service Delivery Model and Shared Service Capability Redesign: Designed service delivery model for $12Bn Specialty P&C business including shared service capabilities, governance, and road map implementation.• Future Operating Model Design: Conducted a current state assessment and target operating model design of Corporate Finance for a $40bn Global P&C carrier.• Capital Management & Reporting Redesign: Designed and implemented a new capital reporting process for a Global Life and Annuity carrier including implementation of technology solutions to reduce spreadsheet risk; as well as designed improved schedules around Source of Earnings, Available, and Required Funds analysis; and provided thought leadership for capital and regulatory organizational redesign including workload analysis.

Managed financial operations, marketing/sales support, and corporate administration for a start-up national insurance distribution organization, led by former CEO of AIG's Global Life and Health business. We registered the company on March 4, 2016 from the kitchen table, and within one year it had over 190 agents, licensed in 21 key states, with robust reporting tools, processes, training, mortgage and business succession mail lead generation campaigns, and incentive programs.

I led acquisition evaluation, ensuring alignment of business strategies; integrated and managed business and financial performance into the Global Health structure. We completed a key successful acquisition and integration of $80M Ireland based Laya Healthcare which has one of the best company cultures I have seen today. I also served as interim Head of AIG Life Latin America/EMEA Regions with annual revenue of $25M and $2M direct budget. In this role, I was key in driving many strategic projects but some of the most interesting were:• Providing leadership and high-level program management for the AIG / PICC Life joint venture enabling AIG‘s reentry into China. I focused on product development, organizational alignment, Beijing liaison office development, and cross-functional coordination.• Developing the International Life Growth Strategy prioritizing 63 countries for potential build/buy of life businesses for international business growth• U.S. liaison to established international operations (Japan, Israel, Asia) that drove regional governance, and ensured adherence to global strategy, pricing, and underwriting approvals. • Managed transition of domestic and global business structures to effectively drive strategy and financial performance.

Partnered with sales, marketing, finance, operations and business unit management to consolidate and interpret strategic, financial, and operational information for management reports on behalf of the CEO and CFO which included the annual corporate business plan and expense budgets. I also led efforts to identify, design, and deploy change and process improvement initiatives including:• Key liaison to 3rd party advisors for M&A related activity, including pre-transaction, sales and marketing efforts involving information memorandum and management presentations for five businesses and eight shared functions.• Independently identified $20 million in potential cost management opportunities for finance department.
