Currently, I operate a marketing, consulting and training business specializing in growing retail stores and employee hiring and training. My primary area of expertise is furniture and the home furnishings industry. Previously, I owned a household domestic’s employment agency located in Newport Beach California. Utilizing my experience in customer service, training and marketing our agency differs from our competitors by emphasizing the quality and professionalism of our candidates. We have found a niche amongst executives, professionals and celebrities that demand the level of service and expertise that we provide. I have over twenty-seven years of experience in retailing, with most of it in department stores. I have also had the unique opportunity to work in three key retail markets with equally unique companies: Macy’s New York, The Broadway in Los Angeles and Macy’s California. I also have experience as the Senior V.P. of Merchandising for a furniture retail chain with over 100 hundred locations nationwide. I have strong analytical, negotiation and team building skills.
