Hired two program managers and transitioned MMS-Profiler program (production, retrofits, fieldings, other services) to them.As Manager, Integrated Systems Programs, I managing military integrated systems programs based in Edgewood and Watford, UK, including MMS-Profiler, METMF(R) NEXGEN, and the Chemical Biological Protective Shelter (CBPS). Coordinated negotiation with CBPS customer for development and multi-year production (currently more than 190 systems contracted, total contract value over $100M). Transitioned METMF(R) NEXGEN program to a direct report.
