On July 1, 2021 semi- retired to remotely support the NLH employed provider medical group as a VP for Special Projects after working in a triad relationship with 2 physician medical group co- presidents. In 2020 I transferred all my previous non medical group related responsibilities to other members of the NLH leadership team to assume full time responsibilities for the medical group. For the prior 5 years , in addition to standing up the newly established NLH ( formerly EMHS) medical group, I was responsible for the effective operation of system clinical services integration spanning Northern Light Health ( NLH) originally as part of the CMO office structure and then under the Chief Operating Officer endeavoring to foster partnership, collaboration and efficiency .
