Mutualink is an IP based communications interoperability solution allowing any 2 way radio and video surveillance system, regardless of broadcast technology to be patched together with other radio and video systems via a simple to use software interface on an invitation basis providing interoperability and communication between those normally not able to speak to one another. It also supports patching phone calls and public address systems into a radio incident as well as sharing video feeds and data files and text messaging. The software can be used in remote locations for disaster recovery as well as in mobile environments from a wireless laptop, iOS, Android tablets and phones, or from a mobile command vehicle. Mutualink has applications in both public safety as well as private industry to serve police, fire, ems, schools and universities, utilities, hospitals, military, airports, retail complexes, and places of mass gathering.

The Woodbine Port Authority (WPA) is a 5 member Board that oversees the operation of the Woodbine Municipal Airport in Cape May County, NJ. The WPA manages and administers State and Federal Grants to preserve and maintain an active general aviation airport, enhances safety of flight operations and promotes an attached industrial park.FAA Licensed Pilot and aircraft owner with 25 years and 4000 hours of pilot in command flight experience.

Responsible for preparedness, mitigation and the conduct of Emergency Preparedness activities within the Borough, and the Woodbine Municipal Airport.
