Led effort to establish business entity capable of executing construction and O&M services in Prudhoe Bay covering all aspects of planning, execution, controls, HSE, and quality, for tier 1 energy producer/operators - Achieved approved vendor status to perform facility O&M and construction work in excess of $100 million annual gross revenue; established leadership team, policies, procedures, and systems to support all facets of project planning, execution, and close out. Operation established in preparation to tender BP AK re-compete of $100+ million of O&M and construction work- Consulting work achievements included completion of a proposal to super insulate sections of the trans-Alaska pipeline to overcome heat loss and ensure flow in all weather conditions and constructability/operability practicability review of site recommendations for the Point Thomson production pad
