Jeff DuVal is a Partner and Co-Lead of the Government Contract Group in the Washington, D.C. office of HKA Global Inc. Jeff is responsible for directing engagements related to government contracts, construction, and economic analysis for litigation. These engagements focus on cost and damage analyses, as well as other dispute and compliance related issues. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner ("CFE") with twenty five years of consulting experience. Jeff’s assistance to clients has included presenting findings and conclusions in negotiations, alternate dispute resolution proceeding, deposition and trial.Jeff has provided consulting services and testified on a variety of government contracts and construction matters involving issues such as contract claims, special investigations, terminations, bid protests, price analysis, cost accounting and cost estimating.
