Jeff Eischeid has extensive experience in advising closely held businesses and the families that own them. His major areas of expertise include income tax planning, estate tax planning and personal financial planning, . He has provided services to clients in a wide variety of industries including real estate, technology, financial services, manufacturing and wholesale/retail distribution.Before forming Eischeid & Associates, Jeff worked in the tax department of KPMG LLP’s Atlanta office. He was admitted to their partnership in 1989 and served most recently as that firm’s national partner-in-charge of its personal financial planning practice.Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and his Masters of Accountancy (summa cum laude) degree from the University of Georgia. He became a Georgia CPA in 1983 and has earned the AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist designation. Jeff is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the AICPA and the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. He has been a frequent writer and lecturer and has been active in St. Peter & St. Paul, the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, the Georgia Heart Association, the Spruill Center for the Arts, the Atlanta History Center, Marietta's Theatre in the Square and is a co-founder of the Sope Creek Elementary School Foundation.
