I work in the area of innovation and technology, informally leading a team focused on developing applications/tools for continuous improvement and process automation, with the aim of streamlining the routine of the Engineering area, as well as facilitating leadership decision-making.With the recent implementation of the SCRUM methodology, I currently accumulate the role of Scrum Master and Product Owner, ensuring that the team is fully functional and productive, in addition to ensuring that the process as a whole is being followed.Development of dashboards using PowerBI, automatisms using Power Automate and also applications using Power Apps, are part of my routine.Data manipulation, extracting from different databases, such as SAP ECC, SAP BW, STRAWS, among others.Conducting meetings with internal and external clients, as well as direct contact with national and international audiences.

- Ensure good relationship with the customer and counter parts in Embraer's subsidiaries, closely coordinate project development with business partner's expectations;- Establish and maintain the project planning, responsible for its organization, managing, controlling and communicate status and ongoing issues to senior management;- Elaborate the parts list for each development, as well as guarantee the parts delivering to training device manufacturer;- Support on spare parts list, in order to compose the recommended spare parts list for training device manufacturer;- Coordinate all departments involved (engineering, operation, pilots, parts, contracts, vendors, etc...);- Follow up the development schedule and deliverables for all departments involved in all assigned projects;- Experience on coordinating projects using JIRA Software (Kanban and Sprints), eazyBI reports and SCRUM methodology.
