At project44, I had the exciting opportunity to relocate from São Paulo, Brazil, to Amsterdam, Netherlands, as a Senior Solutions & Value Engineer. In this hybrid role, I collaborated with the EMEA sales team at the Amsterdam office, continuing to execute my responsibilities with the same focus on delivering value and solutions to our customers.

As a Senior Solutions & Value Engineer, I effectively communicated the benefits of complex technical solutions in industry terms to prospects and customers. I created engaging presentations and pilots, collaborated with sales teams to drive new business, and leveraged my understanding of the Transportation & Logistics market to provide valuable insights. My role involved conducting tailored product demonstrations, leading Value Assessments for customized ROI presentations, and coordinating with implementation teams to produce Statements of Work. I also supported responses to RFPs and engaged with sales members to conduct discovery workshops with enterprise-level customers.

I also applied my expertise in technical pre-sales, application integration, and APIs to support product implementation. Based on customer and prospect feedback, I delivered strategic recommendations to the Product and Engineering teams. Additionally, I led customized product demonstrations, conducted Value Assessments to deliver tailored ROI presentations, and coordinated with implementation teams to produce Statements of Work and technical design documents. I also supported responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Information Security questionnaires, and collaborated with sales team members to run discovery workshops with enterprise-level customers.

In this role, I served as the technical expert within the Sales Team, responsible for presenting the platform to new prospects and understanding their key objectives in seeking a logistics and foreign trade visibility solution. Leveraging my technical expertise, I also identified gaps and opportunities, collaborating with the Product Team to help plan future releases and refine the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.

As the lead professional for platform implementation with new clients, my role involved onboarding customers and ensuring their unique processes and requirements were fully addressed by our solution. I also took the initiative to create new procedures and workflows for the onboarding department, which had not existed prior to my arrival, streamlining the client onboarding experience and enhancing operational efficiency.
