All support and service regarding the issuance of the citizen's Identity Card (ID) in the state of São Paulo, from the service at the tip (Poupatempo, Identification Stations, Police Stations) to the finalization of the document. Respond to requests from public bodies (Poupatempo, IIRGD) regarding information about ID situation, cancellation of protocols, priorities, withdrawal requests, technical questions. Follow with the Post Office the flow of delivery of the pouches with the documents to the customers. Provide training at the posts for employees regarding the issuing system of theID and explain the entire process of issuing it. Frequent participation in internal and external meetings, regarding any update in the system, improvements in the production flow, customer service, implementation of new projects.
