Manage the day-to-day activities of the Technology Field Services Team responsible for technology integration, planning, project management, implementation, user support and training throughout the assigned Oakland County district of West Bloomfield School District. Assist with the development and implementation of the assigned district’s technology bond budget of $2.5 million. Analyze the business environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improved usage of information and instructional technology. Work cooperatively with Oakland Schools IT Leadership and district representatives to define technology requirements generated by business and instruction strategies and operation requirements. Manage service level agreements with internal and external service providers to ensure proper service levels are maintained. Establish project teams consisting of end users, vendor and district executives and provide direction in the design, development, testing and implementation of technologies, which address complex business problems. Work cooperatively with end users and teams to develop solutions to complex district needs. Recommend enterprise, district and regional technology instructional software standards in conjunction with the technical standards and enterprise strategies. Manage appropriate capital, service contracts and expense budgets.

Senior manager of all curriculum and technology related material, products and software for entire district of over 2,000 students. Filled much needed roll of bringing the district technology up-to-date by completely restructuring all network infrastructure including data, voice and wireless. Managed entire district network, help desk and curriculum integration staff. Worked directly with district’s board of education on five-year forecasting of technology, district infrastructure and planning for curriculum needs. Accountable for $600,000 yearly budget.
