I represent companies in patent, trade secret, and other forms of intellectual property litigation. I also help companies identify and protect their intellectual property and avoid risks posed by other companies’ intellectual property. I have litigated cases in state and federal district courts, handled appeals to the Federal Circuit, and participated in investigations before the International Trade Commission. In addition, I have led patent reexaminations, inter partes reviews, and other proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.I have over twenty years of experience litigating in a variety of field, including semiconductors, data networking, cellular technologies, medical technologies, and other hardware and software products.
