At the conclusion of my secondment as a Clinical Information Systems Project Manager, I returned to my substantive role of Digital Services Manager. I have overall responsibility for strategy development, project and BAU work in the digital space as the owner of the organisation's websites, intranets, apps, DAM and related services.

A short term secondment to deliver an online patient pre-admission registration system for St Vincent's Private Hospital, Melbourne. The hospital is the first in Australia to have an online service that brings clinical and administrative data supplied by the patient directly into both the Patient Administration System and the Electronic Medical Record.

With a restructure of IT, my role scope and title were changed to reflect the broader nature of the role, covering not just the web but a variety of online and digital technologies and services. These include websites, intranets, phone and tablet apps, eDM and user experience.
