Team Lead and Technical expert using Adobe LiveCycle Forms for the Air Force Personnel OperationsAgency (AFPOA), Enterprise Electronic Records (eRecords) project. eRecords is replacing the eFormsproject that was cancelled due to funding. eRecords will provide electronic forms from creation, routingusing advance workflow engine to collect additional information and approval, updating the MilitaryPersonnel Data System (MILPDS) through archival into the Automate Records Management System(ARMS) for over 650,000 users world-wide. First phase of the project will consisted of aprototype demonstrating the capabilities with 3 forms and limited use. Second phase of theproject consists of transferring and expanding the prototype to a fully functional application capable ofhandling 120 forms in 12 functional areas and a goal of over 400 plus forms when complete.• Created and maintained schedule for development of prototype• Wrote requirements for prototype using Adobe LiveCycle ES4 software suite• Last team member left of original eForms team with historical and operational knowledge of eForms• Filled in for various positions on team during shortages due to lack of personnel• Responsible for keeping project “alive” with email campaign to enterprise server providers• Assists other Project Leaders with development, database or design issues due to experience• Assisted Air Force Departmental Publishing Office (AFDPO) on numerous form issues on designingforms and coding functionality to meet user requirements• Lead on smart or dynamic forms for AFDPO, AFPDO reroutes all questions and problems related tosmart or dynamic forms for resolution

Team Lead and Technical expert using Lotus Forms for the Air Force Personnel Operations Agency(AFPOA), AFLCMC/HIBG PMO Electronic Forms (eForms) project. eForms will provide electronicforms from creation, routing for additional information and approval, updating the Military PersonnelData System (MILPDS) through archival into the Automate Records Management System (ARMS) forover 650,000 users world-wide. First phase of the project consists of 120 forms in 12 functional areaswith a total of over 400 plus forms when complete.• Developed schedule to complete 60 forms per year; multiple spirals to achieve customers’requirements and timeline• Developed 48 of the first 60 forms ahead of schedule until received a program stop• Met with Active Duty Medical Professionals to discuss converting Medical Contracts to LotusForms and developing a system using eForms to manage their Bonus Money Program. Converted18 Contracts to Lotus Forms, worked with business process owners to refine requirements onautomating the renewal of Medical Professional contracts; reduced the time spent coordinating andmeeting suspense’s and allowed additional time spending contract money to keep MedicalProfessionals in by offering tailored contracts. The new system would track bonus money spentproving a real-time balance.• Working with Adobe LiveCycle Designer and comparing differences to Lotus Forms and verifyingthe new product will meet user requirements and business rules.

Maintained over 100 forms and reports developed in PureEdge, and Lotus Forms. Developed and maintained an application used by users world-wide coded in Oracle Suite, Java, and XML.

Developed a web-based Java application, Automated Data Collection Total Force, to collect personalinformation to be used in the application process to join the; Responsible for verifying data collected meets users business rules, data transfer between J2EEcomponents, testing applications and assisting users during testing phases• Verified reported software deficiencies, assign coding tasks to other developers, performed testing onsoftware deficiency fixes, and tracked software changes and software status• Served as Lead PureEdge developer responsible for training other programmers on formsdevelopment, embedding XML data and specialized Java development for form use• Worked on a signature pad project by assisting with the development of a no-cost process thatconverts a PureEdge form with digital signatures to a PDF document which eliminated the need foradditional software. This project saved 120k the first year and an addition 20k per year per form• Developed a no-cost digital signature collection solution that eliminated the need for signature padsoftware and yearly maintenance which saved 24k the first year in maintenance costs, 185k insoftware purchases the next year and 87k per year for maintenance• Developed a program to print collected database information on customized Air Force approvedPureEdge forms for a web-based application• Collected user requirements for new or changing program functionality; documented requirements toaccomplish user requests• Assisted in the maintenance of the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System application thatis currently deployed world-wide with over 5,000 users• Redesigned a process that required potential customer of the Air Force to download and installproprietary software package to view collected information on the Security Clearance form.Modified the process to produce a PDF file which required no additional software and accessible toall potential customers
