The JJ Leach Group, established by me in 1978, now comprises three distinct business units:• Retail property consultancy;• Venture capital;• Property development.I was the founding Chairman of Friendlies Chemists Group (incorporating 30 pharmacies) and I currently Chair the Future Pharmacy Group.Retail property consultancy services are provided to a range of businesses, including Priceline Claremont and Friendlies Pharmacies. Current venture capital investments have included Calico, Perth Diabetes Centre, Ezscan, Ys Media Group, Frame VR, e-chemist.com.au, Shark Shields, Health Engine and EnGenic. We are currently establishing an innovation hub on William Street, Perth. Property development interests include: 110 William Street, Perth; the Apple shop on Hay Street, Perth; Zara in Murray Street, Perth; 10-40 Bayview Terrace Claremont, including Cos; and 44 Bay View Terrace. A graduate of Harvard Business School, I have a background in business and financial management, marketing and sales strategy, nationally and outside of Australia. Through my commitment to community service, I have had a long-term involvement with Variety Club and Rotary.
