I am a Payroll Advisor with ADP, a certified Pharmacy Technician, and a Client and Customer Service expert located in Atlanta, Georgia. I have a passion for helping people which drew me to medicine and customer service. I have a strong sense of empathy and relatability. I’ve worn many hats: from Call Center Technician to Customer Service Manager, to Medical Transcriptionist and Editor, Game Designer, and Pharmacy Technician. I became a jack-of-all-trades who can adapt to any working environment, no matter how fast-paced or rapidly changing. I think on my feet and respond quickly to challenges. I love to solve problems and I'm not afraid to ask questions. I am a very detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills. I learned how to work closely and cooperatively with many different types of people and personality types through teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. I roll with punches and stay calm in emergency situations. This cool-headed approach to life enables me to field a variety of customer requests no matter how volatile; I excel at de-escalation and I know how to make people feel heard. I maintain composure even through the busiest of days and keep calm no matter the volume of clients. I have put my roots down in Georgia and would like to settle into a long-term career path that will help me support my growing family.
