In this roll my chief responsibility is ensuring that my team has the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with digital marketing agencies throughout the country of Canada. These relationships are forged through the education and optimization of agency managed accounts utilizing the AdWords platform. Furthermore I’ve been charged with the task of ensuring Google’s standards and policies are correctly and continuously implemented with every interaction. In this roll I’ve had the opportunity to exceed the expectations of our clients while providing value to Google in the form of millions of dollars earned quarter over quarter.

As National Sales & Marketing Manager I worked directly with camera manufacturers to attain pricing, set promotional calendar, review new products, and develop sales and marketing strategy for independent photo dealers looking to sale said items. I also was responsible for entering new product lines and items into our national database. In addition to data entry one of my main functions was to carrier information from multiple camera manufactures down to our photo dealers. During my time with Photographic Research Organization I have developed a keen understanding of how the sales and marketing process works with consumer electronic manufacturers like Sony, Samsung, and Fuji.

As Regional Sales Manager I was responsible for overseeing 8-12 sales representative. My chief goal was training my reps on new product, setting quarterly and annual budgets, working with my reps to achieve budget responsibilities, and traveling to visit our larger accounts and closing said accounts. In addition to supporting my sales team with following warm leads I also spent a lot of time working with our marketing department to create unique and exciting promotions in order to grow business and entice new customers. In my time at Vanguard I was pleased to be apart of record growth not only in sales but in my own territory, growing from small b2b companies to acquiring and maintaining sales relationships with consumer electronic companies like Amazon.comand Overstock.Com.
