- While VP of Food Service, was responsible for sales, marketing and pricing for the combined $650MM Bimbo Bakeries/Sara Lee fresh and frozen Food Service business. Served 50K customers, including large fast food operators, restaurants, schools and major contract feeders. Had P&L ownership of the Division and led Strategy Development. Oversaw Sales and cross-functional support team.- As VP of Marketing, led Marketing and New Product Development for $600MM business - including company flagship Thomas’ English Muffins ($300MM) and Buns & Rolls ($300MM). Was hired to bring focus to complex and inefficient Buns & Rolls Division. Generated first-time business profit. Led cross-functional team to breakthrough product innovation, Arnold/Oroweat Sandwich Thins, creating a new highly profitable baking category that received multiple industry awards. Sandwich Thins more than doubled the company's branded category sales.
