I founded and managed a foundation that supports a coalition of agencies serving over 5,000 people with developmental disabilities. We worked with partnering organizations to raise over $20 million. I recruited and facilitated a high profile Board of Directors and coordinated a team that set inter-agency funding priorities.

I directed all operations for a renowned, residential adult learning center. Our staff of 150 served more than 25,000 attendees annually. I led the expansion of a summers only, single campus-based organization to a number of year-wide programs around the country and internationally. Along with focusing our brand with products and programs available through multiple channels and partners, we significantly increased our revenue and the number of people we served. Central to that process, I led the development of an integrated culture, successfully incorporating both community and business elements.

I managed a national network of centers that taught meditation to 25,000 people and ran numerous community service projects. I coordinated international festivals attended by more than 25,000 people and oversaw a staff of several hundred that organized and promoted our programs and operated two national chains of retail stores to help fund our activities. I established a successful development program that raised tens of millions of dollars.
