Manage and coordinate daily Sales, Recruiting and Administrative activities of a dynamic and talented team while continuing to manage established clients and develop new business opportunities. Manage multi-million dollar budget and P&L; direct staffing, training and performance evaluations in order to develop and control sales program. Instrumental in developing new corporate strategic direction implemented by the company. Establish sales territories, quotas and goals. Successfully direct a team of sales, recruiting and administrators towards common goals in-line with corporate strategy. Also, analyze and control expenditures of region in order to conform to budgetary requirements; plan and direct sales program to develop new clients, using sales aids, advertising, promotional programs and field services; periodically confer with clients to verify satisfaction with service and to resolve concerns.

Offer IT Consulting Services across multiple vertical markets including Transportation, Utilities, Finance, Government and Manufacturing, focusing on the Fortune 100. Manage business development for many of the largest clients for the company. Mentor other Business Development Managers and Recruiters within the company. Play a significant role in establishing Sales proposal criteria and guidelines. Train new BDM's and Recruiting Staff in Account Management, Business Development and Recruiting Techniques. Responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities and establishing profitability goals. Prepare and deliver presentations to key decision-makers helping to secure National Accounts. Manage the development of strategic business plans, and identification of new business ventures. Maintain close personal contact with key decision makers at multi-million dollar accounts. Consistently confer with clients, verify service satisfaction, and resolve technical and personnel issues. The primary point of contact for field personnel charged with resolving conflicts, dealing with rate negotiations, benefits and other Human Resource issues.
