I started my career with BCI Eclipse in Los Angeles. I was a Product Development Coordinator, then a Product Development Manager and transitioned into the role of Acquisitions Manager when BCI was acquired by Navarre Corporation in 2003. I became the Director of Acquisitions shortly thereafter. I relocated to Minneapolis the summer of 2007 when I was offered the position of Director of Content Acquisition with Mill Creek Entertainment and have since been promoted to Senior Vice President. I identify and procure intellectual properties and oversee the development, marketing and subsequent sales / distribution of the finished product. I manage and green-light all of our new Production, International Distribution (Broadcast, Digital & Home Video) and Digital Licensing.
