Requested by AT&T to create new team to manage product ordering, equipment delivery, maintenance procurement and management for managed services Telepresence rooms around the world. Responsible for team members performance to meet internal KPIs, including order volume, order accuracy, and on time delivery. Developed internal controls to ensure that Client owned equipment on the customers premise was covered by maintenance at the appropriate level to meet contractual obligations if equipment failure occurred. Built relationships with Vendors to provide on time delivery of equipment, timely installation and maintenance replacement. Created distributer relationships for installations and to use as needed when stock was not available from manufacturer. Escalation point of contact for on time delivery, maintenance replacement, and all hardware issues related to keeping Telepresence rooms ready for use by our customers.Responsible to STARTEK for meeting Statement of Work including all KPIs and Metrics, creating stretch goals to exceed KPI performance, Client communications and Quarterly reports. Full charge responsibility for direct reports including hiring, training, and financial performance.
