Experienced in residential and commercial construction project management and estimating has been invaluable as our network of 23 plan rooms evolved to form the Golden State Online Plan Service Network. Our system has been tested and developed by builders to be quick and simple to use. Our goal has been, and with the roll out of the new 2.0 system, still is, to log in and be viewing the plans in under 2 minutes.I have experience in software training and long term use of excel, word, ACT power user and trainer, computer construction, computer repair and maintenance, computer security, anti virus and spyware cleaning, On Screen Takeoff trainer, business management training, political activities, land use, development agreements, permit process streamlining, arbitration, negotiation.Development of member benefits, including the expansion of the companies group health program, implementation of a new group retirement plan, project funding options, start up capitol, credit building programs for new corporations, in office evaluation of project management and estimating efficiency, incorporation and a host of programs designed to turn highly skilled craftspeople into skilled business operators.In June of 2018 our network grew to include the last remaining plan rooms and builders exchanges using a different network than our Online Plan Service network. We now have a Single consolidated planroom system saturating California. Very proud to have been a founding member of this effort and it is great to see nearly 3 years of consolidation effort come to fruition.
