I began my career in sales 30 years ago. Five years into my career I realized how much passion can impact your professional success. After spending several years selling products in which I had no connection or interest I took a sales position with Sanofi Pasteur, a world leading vaccine manufacturer, and my outlook on sales and a career changed forever. I have spent the past 25 years of my career working for a company with the mission, "No one suffers or dies from a vaccine preventable disease." As a father of four children, I connected with our products and became a sales leader within my division, region and company. A good amount of my success is a direct result of sales leadership and coaching within our organization. Working as a Vaccine Specialists in the Washington, DC area I began to realize the demand for a meningococcal vaccine beyond traditional travel. In collaboration with our home office, I was given the opportunity to pilot a selling strategy into the college market. Our success led to the creation of a new sales force resulting in my first opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals. My professional career has provided me with several strong leaders and mentors that have helped me develop my leadership style. I have been fortunate enough to have led several award winning teams and take pride in helping others succeed.Recently, I joined the VaxServe business unit of Sanofi Pasteur to build a national sales team.
