Jeff is currently serving as an Enterprise Solutions Architect within Acxiom's marketing database services organization. Jeff’s responsibilities include consulting on the development of overall solution strategies and technical architectures for Acxiom’s clients and to provide oversight into development of large, complex, or high risk solutions. Jeff acts as a conduit between our clients and Acxiom’s delivery teams to provide continuity at the strategic planning levels to address business requirements, goals, objectives, and to ensure the delivery of tangible results.Jeff has been employed by Acxiom since 1995, working within the information technology and systems integration field. Throughout his career, he has provided services for implementing and managing multichannel customer management solutions predominately within the Retail vertical. Solution scale and experience includes clients with over 100 million customers and prospects generating billions of transactions, integrating these from disparate e-commerce, POS and loyalty systems and deploying on multiple CRM and business intelligence platforms.
