I have 30+ years of experience in IT, including 11 within IT governance, 12 in various IT Management roles, and 15 years within Unix System Administration. I have a proven track record of ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across the global IT infrastructure and operations of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC), one of the world's leading financial institutions. As a Standards Manager, I led the firmwide standards governance and definition of the event management discipline for technology, a critical function for minimizing the impact of incidents and outages on the business and customers.I have also demonstrated technical leadership and innovation in infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and automation, managing multiple teams of developers and engineers to deliver solutions that enhance the availability, reliability, and performance of critical applications and systems.
