The project included deploying a new marketing automation platform (MAP), Salesforce integration, business process automation, foundational marketing campaign framework, lead scoring, and GDPR compliance.Re-imagined and deployed McDermott’s new web infrastructure which provided a cheaper, faster development path along with more flexibility, scale, redundancy, and security.Increased LANSA’s lead and demand generation 3 fold using lead scoring in combination with highly targeted educational content (value-based branding).Designed and built the business technology infrastructure and the foundational sales and marketing campaigns for a multi-million dollar nationwide infomercial. This included the processes and systems for a call center and the customer support team.
