Jeff Kantor is a Senior Manager at Vera C Rubin Observatory. He possess expertise in software development, project management, software engineering, program management, computer science and 20 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Jeff was the second person that I interviewed with prior to starting work with PRC in 1988. Jeff is a great person to work with, he undestands the technical aspects of the work, but is also a great people person. In addition paying careful attention to the details of building a software support environment for the Space Station, Jeff found time to organize a PRC soccer team to play against other NASA contractors. This was such a great team building activity that I think contributed to making the experience of working for PRC great."
