As Simpat Tech’s Chief Delivery Officer, I’m laser-focused on ensuring our team delivers the outstanding software we promise, every time and to every customer.In my former roles as Senior Director of Engineering at Headspring and General Manager at Fairway Technologies, I learned how to create exceptional client experiences within growing software consultancies. And as an Associate Director at Accenture, I saw first-hand the level of polish and professionalism enterprise-level organizations bring to their client engagements.Now I’m using these insights to support Simpat’s end-to-end software delivery processes. At the start of every new project, I work closely with our client's leadership and our development teams to understand each client’s goals and ensure we staff the team with the right people and skill sets to meet them. As projects continue, I’m available for regular check-ins and act as an ongoing resource for Simpat’s clients, project teams, and developers. If any issues arise, I’m always available as a point of escalation to help solve them quickly and collaboratively.At the executive level, I’m working to proactively optimize our operations and processes, while always prioritizing client outcomes. From improving our internal forecasting to standardizing project communications, I’m committed to ensuring that every Simpat client receives not just the software needed to achieve their business goals, but a consistent, polished, and professional experience as well. Simpat has a great team in place, and we’re doing great work for our customers.
