My ability to zoom out and grasp technical big pictures, allowed me to identify gaps that exist in the blind spots between team scopes. Which I would then create OKR based solutions and coordinated cross functional teams to fix. At Schwab I was able to significantly improve cross department issues like QA coordination, cross feature dependencies, synced department roadmaps, scaled test data sharing, consolidated FDRs and more.

I started as a developer and soon progressed to directing all facets of web operations for this successful video game studio. Primarily I led scrum teams to build web apps for an e-governance platform, a cloud gaming platform, account management and payment systems. I consider wearing many “hats” in this startup a great boost to my broad operations experience. I worked hands on and from a manager perspective on product roadmapping, scrum development, dev ops, web security, QA process, deployment systems, analytics analysis, market research, client relations, content marketing, web design and more.
