I'm Jeff Lee, a husband and father to two wonderful kids. I'm a commercial banker skilled in credit and cash flow analysis, relationship management strategies, center of influence development, construction financing and team building. I have built my career around commercial and industrial relationship management specifically focused on domestic manufacturing with an emphasis on strategic alliances and technical expertise. Our team manages a portfolio of $450million and we have a lending limit of approximately $60million per borrower.Many bankers say they’re “passionate” about helping businesses. Then when a time comes that a business needs help- their bank fails. My philosophy is around client advocacy. I'm deeply invested in your success and ensuring your financial future is sound, even considering things you may not be aware of. Recent rate increases have presented a challenge to clients and being able to anticipate them is key. In 2021 it became apparent that inflation was a major problem. Consumer prices, staffing shortages, clogged ports, etc. were contributing factors and massive runaway government spending was out of control. I spent much of this time working with my clients to fix variable rate loans. I want the best for my clients and had their best interest as the driving force behind this advocacy. The commitment I have to my clients keeps me up working nights and weekends to make sure their needs are met. I'm there to back you up and give you what you need when you need it. I finished my bachelor's degree in accounting and worked as an auditor and financial accountant for 2 years out of college. During the experience I discovered that I thrived in environments that revolved around relationship building and providing expert financial advice. I consider myself to be extraordinarily fortunate to have found the banking industry as it helped me uncover the ideal career path. Commercial banking is the culmination of everything I love- the entrepreneurial spirit, the heart, the math, the goal seeking and advocacy, and supporting business owners who share the belief that anyone of any ability or social background can work hard and become successful.
