Providing Architectural and Interior Design Project Management Services for both Commercial and Residential Client’s.

Liaison between client, engineers and general contractor.

- Primary role as Design Architect and Project Manager between BPS Owner, Associates, Construction Document and General Contractor Teams.- Responsibilities included building layout in terms of design shape and customer flow, architectural details and material selection for all public and employee areas in the retail stores and any attached restaurants.- Establishing and documenting corporate design store standards for all retail development projects within the company.- “Cradle to Grave” responsibilities, starting at real estate development, following with the conceptual/schematic design phase, the construction document phase, all the way through stores grand opening.
