Where Hope Lives is the largest human trafficking rescue & recovery operation in North America; the second largest in the world. We serve survivors of human trafficking ages 4 to adult at various campuses. As Chief Development Officer, I am always looking for individuals, businesses, and faith-based groups to partner with us in our pursuit to end human trafficking.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Supervised all of the marketing, promotions, productions, volunteer coordination, and creative development for this organization. Recruited and managed over 500 weekly volunteers as well as 15 paid staff members in the Creative Arts Department. Responsible for training, scheduling, rehearsing, and motivating those team members to four weekly services and multiple weekly rehearsals in this 5,000-member church. Supervised the personal development of the volunteers. Produced the creative elements of all performances. Managed a $1.5M departmental budget. Executive Producer of the annual Celebration of Christmas. This original production hosted 16 performances selling over 100,000 tickets each year. It is the largest church Christmas production in the United States. Coordinated the entire production, from programming and rehearsing the music and dance elements, to the immense technical elements including flying acrobats, laser light show, set and lighting design, and animals. Executive Producer for the annual July 4th celebrations, which hosted over 25,000 each year for a full day of free entertainment, including carnival rides, musical acts, and large-scale fireworks display synchronized to a live orchestra. Produced a live music recording. Coordinated multiple large-scale musical concerts. Coordinated annual leadership conference with 7,000 leaders. Taught multiple classes for this vent. Keynote speaker at multiple arts conferences. Featured writer for Church Executive Magazine. Coordinated and organized numerous large-scale outreach events, which hosted as many as 10,000 guests. Started and administrated a School Of Music with over 100 students receiving private musical instruction from professional instructors. Participated in social justice programs, including feeding and clothing the homeless and giving them job training.

Produced six nationally televised television programs and two music recordings.
