• While maintaining daily account management practices, developed competitive strategies to penetrate a heavily populated territory dominated by Philips. • Covered Georgia / Alabama by demonstrating the value and power of Sequoia technology and Siemens Information Technology solutions regarding Digital Lab Archival and Reporting (Syngo Dynamics). Demonstrated Syngo’s productivity and efficiencies with serial comparision of exams and onboard applications like AutoEF, Velocity Vector Imaging, Customizable Report Templates, and Evidenced Based Structured Reporting. Accountable for a 3.5M dollar quota and installed 91% of that target. (A significant achievement in a down market for Sequoia). Managed Syngo reference account at Emory University.• Chosen to mentor new hires in Tampa and New Orleans. Also co-planned Regional Training Meeting, configuring the content and breakout exercises, to improve overall region competency and weekly account strategies.

Developed and managed corporately selected high visibility strategic accounts, collaborating internally with IT and product specialists, ultimately leveraging the full portfolio of Philips Med, Healthcare IT Systems and efficiency gaining consultative programs to the C Level by analyzing their enterprise needs and forming a contractual strategic alliance that was enterprise wide. Also formed Cardiac or Radiology modality specific alliances as well. Successfully formed and won an 8 year Enterprise Wide Strategic Alliance with new hospital at University of Alabama for $110M.

• Created market share and loyalty through community functions, trade shows, demonstrating HP / Agilent’s leadership position in the industry. Responsible for company image and "mind share" in territory creating repeat and upgrade revenue. • Designed and successfully negotiated strategic ultrasound, network solutions and service level agreements. • Focus aimed at specific high growth flagship hospitals thus improving patient throughput, exam quality, data mining, and information management with EnConcert archiving & reporting. EnConcert eventually became Xcelera at Philips.• Consulted my accounts in "re- choreographing" their workflow models.• Mentored two new sales reps on principles of account and territory management. Contributed $700K in incremental service level agreement sales annually.
