CurrentAs an Account Executive I provide exceptional sales support for individual insurance products at Empire Life within a geographical territory. Success is achieved through fostering profitable business relationships by acting as the go-to risk management quarterback for key distribution partners on all individual insurance sales.Key Initiatives:Drive sales to ensure profitable growth through the development of new business Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners by initiating new business opportunitiesApply strategic account management principles to achieve sales objectives Identify, build and manage new and existing relationships with Distribution Partners; Identify potential strategic accounts and explore, develop and manage mutually beneficial working relationshipsProvide face to face consultation to Distribution Partners on Empire Life individual insurance products; highlight the benefits and features and guide Distribution Partners in the determination and understanding of product value and fit for customersRepresent the Empire Life brand through regular interaction with Distribution Partners and attending industry eventsKey Competencies:Delivering effective sales campaigns Superior product knowledge (life, critical illness)Creative thinking/problem solving Identifying and maximizing sales opportunitiesHosting successful business events Developing and delivering comprehensive product and concept trainingRelationship management Branding and process creation Inventive insurance case development
